    • Using the service to engage in Denial-of-service ("DOS") attacks to any third-parties or to Secure-VPN.app;

10. Payments

All sales are final. Refunds are only granted in special circumstances. By opening up a dispute, regardless of the outcome, we have the right to forfeit your subscription and permanently close your account. Account closures may be appealed by contacting us via email. If we agree to reopen your account, you will need to purchase another subscription.
